Description Service established accounts with IBC products.  Build sales for IBC products by following established Company merchandising procedures.  Control stale and product destroyed through proper ordering and handling of IBC products.  Maintain good relationships with account personnel including receivers, bakery and store managers.  Promote sales through special displays, developing account relationships, use of promotional material.  Solicit new accounts.  Safely drive and operate a route truck.  Practice safe work procedures while performing all duties associated with the position.  Use a hand held computer to facilitate proper ordering and distribution of products.  Support Company initiatives and objectives for sales, performance standards and personal behavior.
Requirements Must be able to handle exposure to extreme weather conditions.  May drive in traffic congestion.  Must be physically able to tolerate the demands of manual labor, making time stops at a vigorous work pace.  Must be able to lift approximately up to a maximum of 75 pounds, approximately 75 times per day from floor to overhead.  Must have a clean driving record, be able to work early mornings and Saturdays.  Must be able to pass a pre-hire background check, DOT physical and drug screen.
