We are seaking a highly qualified sales trainer who designs, coordinates and delivers a comprehensive sales training program that provides sales skills, the selling process and product knowledge for our sales representatives. The Sales Trainer will conduct interactive training sessions and utilize learning tools to educate, discuss and practice sales techniques, methods, ethics, skills and tips that promote meeting and exceeding quota expectations. Topics include telemarketing, talk tracks, demo skills, cold calling, soaring data base, various products, time and territory management, proposal writing, administration, financing/leasing, and closing. The person will also accompany new hire reps on outside sales calls to observe sales methods utilized and provide one-on-one coaching to enhance skill levels. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
