We have opportunities in several markets in the Eastern United States for a special person that can sell and lead a team of leasing professionals.  The individual must have the drive and motivation to start leasing before construction begins, fill the community and move our students into their new home.  To join our team, you would need to relocate to one of our resort college communities.

Requirements for Student Housing Property Sales Manager:

• APPLICANTS MUST HAVE SALES EXPERIENCE

• Proven sales track record
• Ability to ask for the sale
• Ability to close the sale
• Driven sales and goal oriented personality
• Superior customer service/sales skills and a desire to help people
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work weekends is an absolute must
• Professional and polished image
• Strong decision making skills in a sales environment
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities at one time and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
