Essential Job Functions & Accountabilities:
The successful candidate may receive an existing customer base. The primary function of this role is to penetrate new and existing accounts to drive revenue growth and account development. The successful candidate must have the ability to forge new relationships while maintaining current relationships within existing accounts. In addition, the successful candidate will:

Aggressively drive revenue growth through superior customer service and product knowledge

Proactively develop new customer contacts and build long-lasting business relationships

Listen to and evaluate customer needs and recommend/develop solutions accordingly utilizing a consultative approach

Requirements
Education & Experience Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) or equivalent is preferred.
- 3+ years of Business to Business sales experience
- Strong history of quickly gaining credibility and partnering with business leaders.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Proven ability to make sound decisions and recommendations
