During the first 6 to 10 months, you will learn valuable business skills and techniques from successful leaders who were once in your shoes. All of our managers, assistant managers and corporate trainers began at the entry level and followed a clearly defined career path. Responsibilities included: actively participating in face-to-face sales and marketing, customer service, campaign management as well as market research. Your own initiative and capabilities coupled with your ability to think as an entrepreneur and market effectively, will dictate how fast you advance to management and executive management positions.
