Director of Case Management, CCM, RN Nurse - $90k+

• Responsibility to develop systems and processes for the case and utilization management for the hospital systems.
• Responsible for the effective manage the overall operation of the Case Management Department including the case managers, discharge planners, utilization management, documentation specialists and medical social work.
• Approximately 25 Full Time Employees in Department
• Must have a minimum of five years of progressively more responsible managerial experience, with baseline knowledge of case management standards.
