Database Analyst

· Joint Responsibility for the data gathering systems to support the Indiana Toll Road.  This includes Oracle on Solaris, MS Access, SQL Server, and Flat file based systems. 

· Joint Responsibility for the processing of customer transit records, transactional schema, stored procedures (TSQL, PL/SQL), datawarehouse schema,  version upgrades,  and configuration.

·          Administration for two Production Oracle Databases, and two D/R Oracle Databases.

·          Administration for 200 lane pc's (ms access + flat file systems), 25 plaza servers       Server 2003), and 8 central facilities aggregation systems ( SQL Server 2003 + proprietary) 

·          Create, define, and maintain Stored Procedures

·          Work with Accounting and Customer service to define appropriate processing rules for transactions.

·          Identify, troubleshoot, correct network, hardware, software issues

·          Install/maintain PC & Server hardware / software

·          Provide support to help desk technicians

·          Light programming when needed

·          Other duties deemed by manager

·          Participate in on-call rotation 24/7 on all equipment

• Oracle database Administration or MS SQL server administrator required.
• Transactional system support / development.
• Schema and Stored Procedures definitions.
• Ability to work directly with end users as required.
• Independent worker with good communication skills.
