Human Resources and Development
This position is part of a team that guides employees and departments throughout the University in development of interpersonal, management, and leadership skills through training and consultation. The selected candidate will conduct workshops weekly utilizing the ability to synthesize knowledge of an array of policies and processes; engage people at all levels of the organization; communicate in a variety of ways to reach different audiences; facilitate group discussions and problem-solving; plan and organize independently; adapt and create instruction for online formats; collaborate effectively with other team members.
Requirements
Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of experience in employee development and training/technical training and/or related.
