Description Accounting Manager for Central New Jersey based real estate development and construction firm.

Responsibilities include:
Preparation and review of financial statements for multiple companies
Preparation of Annual Budget and periodic forecasts
Cash Flow analysis and forecasts
Accounting reports and schedules
Accounts payable and general ledger management

Requirements Requires construction experience and an energetic self starter with strong computer and Excel skills. Candidate must be motivated and detail oriented

Minimum of 5 years experience
CPA desired but not required
