MOSAIC, a not for profit organization that provides individualized services, living options, work choices, spiritual nurture and advocacy to people with developmental disabilities is now seeking an organized, quality driven leader who can inspire and develop employees to serve as an Executive Director in our growing Northeast, Nebraska agency which serves the communities of Norfolk, Columbus and Fremont.

 
Mosaic is experiencing extensive growth throughout the state of Nebraska! Be part of an expansion team which will expand community based living options across the state of Nebraska, filling a critical need for people with developmental disabilities.

 
The Executive Director is responsible for the operations and management of all business and programmatic matters of the agency and is responsible to ensure that all agency programs run in accordance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and within budgetary guidelines. Duties include overseeing all program services, personnel management, financial management and community and public relations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or a related field with a minimum of five years experience in human services required. Specialization in serving populations with mental retardation or developmental disabilities is essential, with background serving individuals with high medical needs preferred. Two years of experience in a supervisory or management capacity. Previous successful experience in budget and personnel management is required.

This position affords the opportunity to work in either Norfolk, Fremont or Columbus, Nebraska.
