Registered Nurse- Home Health- Fee for Visit

Our staff is trained and sensitive to the specific needs of our aging population. We are available to provide assistance to participate in social activities, 24 hour round-the-clock home health care services, skilled nursing visits, medication management, assistance with meal preparation, or a stroll in the park.

We also have a Development arm for health care organizational needs. We are the leader in developing, setting up and managing home health agencies, research programs with the elderly, and ambulatory clinics in retirement communities.

Life Care Home Health Services Corporation, a national home care agency and a subsidiary of Life Care Services LLC, is seeking an RN (fee for visit)  to provide home health management for the
Downers Grove area.

Must have exp. in home health. Medicare experience a plus.

The ideal candidate will hold a current Illinois RN license, be detail-oriented, and be able to work independently while being a part of a caring team.
