Maintenance Coordinator

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Coordinator for our Alzheimer's Assisted Living Facility.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have maintenance experience in long term care, assisted living, retirement living building, hospital or housing environments.
Candidate must have 2 years experience and be able to plan, organize, develop and direct the overall daily maintenance operation. Must be knowledgeable of boilers, compressors, generators, etc., including various mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, and have the ability to read and interpret blueprints. Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations a must.
