In-House Major Claims Counsel for Omaha, Nebraska
Verity Legal Recruiters has an immediate need for an attorney with 15+ years of real estate related litigation experience for a Fortune 250 companies new Omaha, Nebraska office.

Responsibilities of the Opportunity
Astutely analyze major claims
Strategize, communicate and direct outside counsel
Participate in mediations and arbitration
Competently handle a "book of claims" in an organized fashion
Collegially perform in a professional and corporate environment
Report directly to General Counsel for the Company

Requirements
What we are looking for:
15+ years of extensive real estate litigation experience in an outside counsel role.
Experience with insurance defense/ title litigation a big plus.
Significant exposure to jury trials, ability to handle major claims from cradle to grave
Juris Doctor Required
Ability to relocate to Omaha, Nebraska on a permanent basis.
Nebraska Bar is not required
Ability to function under pressure in a high capacity
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Team Player
