• We are seeking a self-motivated nursing leader with knowledge of staff scheduling, training and patient care supplies inventory to effectively and efficiently facilitate patient flow and the daily operations of the urgent care center including direct patient care.

• A strong focus on fiscal and employee excellence is essential.

   

Job Requirements of Clinical Supervisor:

• The qualified candidate must be Florida-licensed RNs with a minimum of 2-5+ years experience in an Emergency Room or Urgent Care setting; BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications, as well as nursing leadership and/or Charge Nurse experience also required.
• We are willing to train great nursing leaders from other bedside specialties.
