*High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) with four years college education. *Financial Aid experience at a post secondary institution is a MUST *Minimum of 6 months supervisory experience required. *Minimum of 3 years experience in managing and administrating Federal Student Aid. *Education and experience could be combined to meet an acceptable level of experience or education. *Must demonstrate expertise in Title IV collections and student eligibility criteria. *Excellent customer service and analytical skills required. *Must be professional with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. *Computer knowledge is recommended, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
