Maintenance Supervisor
needed for The Courtyard - specialty care assisted living facility. The right person will have the knowledge & skills needed to make "home repairs". They will be able to supervise staff. They will know how  & when to call in outside agencies. They will be able to order supplies & keep a budget. They will be able to work closely & communicate with the administrator & other key team members. They will enjoy interacting w/ our residents. They will be willing to work flex hrs as needed.
