Description

Spirit Health Group is looking for a health industry professional to grow sales of the HeartCaring®  program to hospitals across the US.  The HeartCaring program has been in use for 5 years and has been “soft-sold" for 2 years.  It has a current user group of 40+ hospitals nationally and has proven ROI for cardiovascular departments.  

This is a terrific opportunity for someone skilled in selling clinically-based services or programs to hospitals.  Compensation is attractive and not capped.  The ideal candidate will have experience selling services (excluding staffing services) or health/marketing programs to hospitals.  The candidate must be comfortable with both a clinical and financial sell - and must be able to effectively communicate with both clinical and financial hospital executives.   

The HeartCaring program is a product offered through Spirit Health Group.  It provides hospitals with a set of tools, support, print material, and care maps – all designed to improve physician referral patterns with an ultimate improvement in hospital patient acquisition and the resulting increases in diagnostic and interventional revenues. 

The HeartCaring Development Specialist will be asked to grow the number of hospitals participating in the HeartCaring program as a “stand-alone" product of Spirit Health Group. This will be done through traditional lead-generation efforts, telephone calls and follow-up, targeted marketing mailings, attendance at trade shows and meetings, etc.   

The HeartCaring Development Specialist is not only responsible for HeartCaring sales, but is also responsible for ensuring that marketing efforts and materials are aligned with Specialist’s sales activities for maximum results

Requirements
  • Ability to develop qualified leads from marketing efforts and meetings - resulting in the sale of HeartCaring as a stand-alone hospital product

  • Ability to understand and communicate sales progress and pipeline  

  • Ability to identify when help or coaching is needed and the ability to request and accept sameü  Ability to effectively communicate details and history of HeartCaring as a program of national impact paired with clinical sales skills to communicate to Hospital and corporate CEOs, COOs, and CNOs – as well as the media
  • A high degree of organizational awareness coupled with interpersonal skills
  • Microsoft Office skills to include: Word, Excel, Go To Webinar, and PowerPoint
  • Goldmine knowledge a plus
  • Ability to listen to, and understand, the client and its business
  • Exceptional judgment and decision-making skills
  • Strong work ethic incorporating:  commitment; self-motivated, success oriented, and able to function both independently and as a member of a team
  • Creativity and innovation
  • Ability to learn and assimilate information quickly
