Full-time pharmacist for the Mansfield, Ohio area.  Looking for a customer service based candidate excited to further the profession of pharmacy.  This location provides immunizations and MTM opportunities in a patient focused environment.

All applicants are required to be licensed to practice pharmacy in Ohio and be in good standing with the Ohio State Board of Pharmacy. 

 

  •  Possesses the necessary interpersonal skills required to interact with patients, coworkers and other health professionals.
  •  Receives verbal and electronic Rx orders in adherence with State and Federal laws and regulations.
  •  Evaluates appropriateness of prescription orders with consideration for patient safety and legal requirements.
  • Consults with prescribers as necessary.
  •  Maintains accurate patient records, receives Rx information from patient and accurately delivers Rx to customers.
  • Assists with over the counter questions and selection.
  • Demonstrates ability to accurately and efficiently utilize pharmacy computer system.
  • Is both familiar with and compliant with all record keeping requirements for controlled substances.
