Description We are searching for a senior level roof consultant to perform visual roof inspections and infrared moisture surveys on projects located throughout the state of California as well as other geographic location.

Must have extensive knowledge about all types of low and steep slope roof systems. Previous experience performing infrared moisture surveys preferred.

Must be able to provide detailed written reports documenting observed conditions and drawings showing locations of conditions observed.

Extensive travel required to perform inspections on large retail and commercial type projects.

Requirements
Minimum 5 years experience performing roof condition surveys.
