Description Production Scheduler - Shipyard Construction

*Creating work break down structures.

*Identifying, sequencing, and linking construction activities in accordance with established manufacturing procedures.

*Preparing production schedules for labor and material involving both labor and materials.

*Update schedules, measure performance and conduct critical path analysis to maintain schedule.

*Create Progress reports.

*Formulate corrective action measures such an manpower adjustments, fund allocation and work requirements to suport schedule.

Requirements

Comprehensive knowledge of Primavera Scheduling Software
Proficient in Cost Manager and Wlnsight.
Experience with EVMS and performance measuring techniques.
Experience with government contracts.
Experience with MS Office.
5 years of experience as a production scheduler in a government contract arena of large projects such as ships, airplanes, etc.
Shipyard experience strongly preferred.
