Description Responsibilities:

Ensure quality of product to meet specifications
Plans production operations, establishing priorities
Reviews production reports and resolves operational problems
Conducts coaching / couseling sessions to resolve personnel issues
Ensures trainiing and rotations are established
Approve time records of subordinates and monitor associate attendance
Perform associateevaluations in a timely manner
Ability to perform essential and subordinate duties and responsibilities, track scrap cost and present preventative ideas to management

Requirements Required Skills:

Minimum of 5 years related work experience
Knowledge of computer systems and spreadsheets necessary to perform job duties

Preferred Skills:

2 year College Degree in Business Administration, Management or Organizational Leadership
5 P Training
Knowledge of HVAC systems
Previous supervisory experience
