Consumer Credit Counseling Service, a division of Apprisen Financial Advocates, is a multi-state, non-profit, money management agency that has been in business for over 50 years. We live by the mission of "Helping people improve their financial well-being through counseling, community outreach, and financial education" everyday. We are experiencing additional growth in our business and are searching for an organized professional for our Columbus, OH. location.

Responsibilities will include: develop, write and coordinate training manuals and materials that include course content, visual charts, video slides, etc.; schedule and conduct training sessions; test and grade employees on achievement; maintain training records and employee evaluations; and develop a means of measuring effectiveness of each course.

To perform this job successfully, and individual must demonstrate the following competencies: ability to collect and research data; generate creative solutions; work well in group problem solving situations; demonstrate attention to detail; develop and coordinate project plans; communicate clearly and effectively to a group; ability to write clearly and informatively; and ability to prioritize and complete projects on time.

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university

• Three to five years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, as well as graphic design software

• Ability to travel required
