You will direct the sales, service and administrative functions of the assigned location to provide quality service to all customers and achieve defined performance objectives which include but not limited to:

 

• Recruit, select and train service, sales, and administrative staff.

• Conduct service and sales meetings.

• Conduct periodic audits of service work performed.

• Maintain proper inventory and issue to technicians as appropriate.

• Insure accurate customer records, processing customer service requests, and preparing various management reports.

• Assist in inspect and evaluate customer complaints when needed and communicate effectively to reach a satisfactory resolution of the problem.

• Coach, mentor, train, and evaluate team to improve sales/service skills, customer relations, and grow the operation.

• Achieve P&L, Revenue, Customer Retention, and Employee Relations goals.

 

Requirements

Requirements . . .

• At least 5 years general/operations management experience.
• Experience as a general or operations manager with direct control over a branch, store, office or restaurant.
• Profit and Loss management experience, budget experience, and expense management are also highly sought after skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent follow-up and organizational skills.
• The ability to manage a multi-level staff, including recruiting, hiring, coaching, counseling, and managing a staff of at least 10 individuals.

This position will require that the applicant have a clean driving record. Applicants must pass a background check including a drug screen.
