Flooring Division.

The position of Flooring Sales Associate is a COMMISSION position.
The position of Flooring Builder Sales Rep is a Base plus commission position.
Both positions target between $42,000-$52,000 annually, however, YOU determine your earnings based on your own sales ability.
Nebraska Furniture Mart offers a comprehensive training program that is designed to complement existing skills or establish new ones. We also continue your training throughout your employment with updates on product knowledge as well as design and sales techniques.
Requirements
You must be available to work RETAIL hours.
Education/Experience requirements for Flooring Sales Associate:
- High school diploma
- 1-2 years retail sales experience and/or customer service experince
- Requires evenings and weekends
- Professional, neat, clean-cut appearance
- Product knowledge preferred
Education/Experience requirements for Flooring Builder Sales Rep:
- High school diploma
- 3-5 years outside sales experience
- Ability to read blueprints and specification books within 3-6 months on the job
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
All positions require pre-employment drug testing, acceptable criminal background check, and acceptable work history.
