Description The client bank is a well capitalized thriving bank located throughout the northeastern Ohio footprint.  The bank is currently in the market to hire someone to manage and run the bank's Treasury Management division from a complete operational point of view.  The bank is offering an above average base salary, excellent benefits and room for upward mobility.

The candidate will be responsible to:
1.  Manage the overall coordination and management of the Cash Management operations activities of the company.
2.  Develop, review, and recommend overall operational systems/procedures relating to the cash management function, fee structures, and business products.

3.  Ensures budgetary control in the cash management operations department, including staff control and total personnel expense. 
4.  Review and recommend new methods and procedures to make daily operations more efficient. 
5.  Plan and schedule activities within the cash management operations area and coordinates these activities with other functional areas. 
6.  Control and monitor the progress of all Treasury Management projects.              

Requirements We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

1.  Three or more years experience working as a Treasury/Cash Management Officer/Specialist.

2.  Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting is preferred. 

3.  Extensive knowledge of Business Banking/Treasury Management products, services, operations, feel structures, computer systems and federal government banking regulations.

4.  The position will be more of an Operational/Management type position.  The candidate will not be selling T.M. services primarily.  We'd like to see candidates that have managed the support and backroom area vs. strictly T.M. Sales Officers.  Although, we are not opposed to seeing Treasury Sales Officers who are more interested in the operational side of the business.

5.  Familiar working with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OnBase, EcB, and C-View is preferred.
