In response to continual growth and promotion we are seeking a dynamic professional sales representative in Central Illinois to sell our products and services with a primary focus on Commercial and Industrial Accounts.  Accounts include, but are not limited to target food processing, pharmaceutical, chemical processing, schools, universities, and water treatment facilities.

 

Requirements

Qualified individuals will possess the following attributes:

  • 4-year degree (mandatory)
  • Minimum 2 years successful outside sales experience in the industrial market place or industrial product sales equivalent
  • Strong motivation to develop new accounts while servicing existing accounts
  • Entrepreneurial spirit to sell projects from start to finish
  • Hands-on type individual to facilitate installation side of the business
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills to interact with all levels of engineering and construction personnel
  • No restrictions on driving privileges

The Hiring Process
  • Phone Interview with a member from Stonhard Sales Development Team.
  • Face to Face Interview with Stonhard Sales Manager
  • Field Ride with an experienced Stonhard Territory Manager
  • Consensus agreement among all interviewers to extend an offer of employment to selected candidate.

 

In addition, you will be required to complete a post offer, pre-employment physical, provide proof of education, minimum 2 professional references, and previous earnings history.
