Firm’s objectives are twofold: to raise $3 billion of capital per year for our growing roster of 30 plus top-tier alternative asset and long-only fund managers, and to leverage firm’s relationships with client fund managers to launch a Global Fund, allowing institutional investors world-wide to participate in a unique, alternative asset-focused strategy.

Firm’s proprietary, innovative process transforms the way the alternative asset industry raises and allocates capital. Firm is recruiting passionate, entrepreneurial team members to help achieve firm’s vision and seeks talented Vice President and Partner-level candidates with potential for promotion and increased responsibility.

Candidates have the opportunity to vest into firm’s revenue-sharing pool, combined with substantial performance incentives. Firm seeks strategic long-term thinkers. Potential to earn substantial compensation through multiple income streams are expected over the next few years.

Requirements

Recruiting high-achieving investment banking, alternative asset and institutional sales


Job Requirements of Investment Banking sales Representative:

Ideal Candidates Possess: 


  • Five plus years in private equity, investment banking, or alternative assets; or successful track record in either capital-raising or institutional financial sales; or five plus years experience in sales, preferably to decision makers within the financial industry, with documented track record of achievement;
  • Independence and self-motivation – ability to work on multiple complex projects with minimal supervision, and discipline to set goals and reliably meet deadlines;
  • Desire to master and realize the benefits of firm’s training, desire to do whatever it takes to get the job done, and willingness to check your ego at the door and be a team player;
  • Adaptability, openness to change and an entrepreneurial mindset – sound decision making in situations of uncertainty;
  • Strong writing and communication skills, including self-confidence to interact one on one with senior decision makers;
  • For capital raising positions, current FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses are required along with a clean U4; and,
