Job Description of Interactive Marketing Coordinator
Ideal Candidates
We are currently seeking a candidate for our Marketing team. Members of the marketing team perform a variety of functions to maintain and improve Direct Agents Marketing strategy. This is a mid-level position with excellent growth opportunities.
Responsibilities of Interactive Marketing Coordinator
Candidates will manage day to day marketing initiatives, as well as conceptualize and implement marketing initiatives. Responsibilities will include:

Develop and execute marketing initiatives to recruit and retain large brand clients both domestically and internationally

Contribute to overall company marketing team performance by providing innovative ways to represent the Direct Agents brand.

Develop promotions for all divisions of the Direct Agents business services by utilizing PR and social media platforms

Track reporting and progress of programs, and optimizing as necessary to meet company client growth goals.

Compile and analyze monthly performance trends and propose changes to marketing plans

Help setup and execute company promotions at industry tradeshows. This will involve some administrative work in contracting vendors and coordinating logistics for each show.
As candidates gain experience, they will have the opportunity to take on new responsibilities and those that succeed may be asked to take on a management role.

Requirements for Interactive Marketing Coordinator
- 3-6 years of marketing experience with interactive agency or related industry
- Experience in Public Relations and writing press releases
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing/Advertising, Business, or Psychology
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills – thorough understanding of MS Office and web savvy
- Strong analytical skills – must be comfortable with MS Excel and data analysis
- Working knowledge of HTML and ability to research, understand and utilize other basic internet technologies
- Strong time management skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Diligent work ethic. Must be self-motivated and able to take the initiative to get the job done
- Ability to function in a team work environment
