Description Summary of Your Job

As a Support Analyst, you will be required to provide high level, customer service oriented support to end-users by identifying, researching and resolving technical issues. The primary responsibility for this position is to provide front end support of the imaging and workflow system.

 

Your Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.  As with any job, other duties may be assigned to you as appropriate.  
1. First and foremost, you should always uphold and support the company’s mission and values of integrity, quality, growth/stability and people.

2. You will analyze and understand the objectives of user requests including functions to be implemented, desired features, and input and output requirements.

3. You will support the front end of the electronic image and workflow system (IBPM). This includes creating workflow processes, applications, and searches.

4. You will support the Quillix system including creating Batch Profiles, Document Types, Scanning Profiles, and Batch Profiles.

5. You will be required to troubleshoot and perform daily proactive checks to ensure our electronic image and workflow system is running correctly.  This includes all necessary housekeeping duties.

6. You will help manage and support the rollout process of new enhancements made to our electronic image and workflow system.  This includes configuration, testing and implementation.

7. You will customize applications to automate common end user tasks, automate report running, and improve processes within the business offices.

8. You will select, organize and/or develop teaching aids such as training manuals, reference library, testing and evaluation procedures, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials, and other educational materials related to the electronic image and workflow system.

9. You will confer with management to gain knowledge of specific work situations requiring employees to better understand changes in policies, procedures, regulations, and technologies.
10.  You will be required to maintain proficiency in I.T. systems, policies, and procedures as well as user support techniques.

11. You will be required to support other IS staff, as needed, in the completion of their respective duties.

12. You may be required to cover on-call shifts as assigned.

 

Requirements

1. Education and/or Experience - Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; a minimum of three years related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

2. Language Skills - Ability to read, interpret, and/or develop documents such as flow charts, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.  Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.  Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.

3. Mathematical Skills - Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.  Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

4. Reasoning Ability - Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.  Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

5. Computer Skills - To perform this job successfully, you should have a working knowledge of electronic image archival systems, automated workflow processes, relational database functionality, programming logic, project management tools, and a basic understanding of networking.  Experience with Oracle IPM, SQL, ClinixMIS, Crystal Reports, and TrackIt! preferred; Windows Operating Systems, PC and Peripheral maintenance and repair, as well as MS Office products required.
