Position: Account Executive (AE)

 

Description: The Account Executive position, reporting directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing is responsible for revenue growth in a designated pharmacy location. Revenue growth is achieved through daily new patient referrals/prescriptions by establishing strong professional relationships with physician practices and/or health organizations.

    • Pharmaceutical/DME or similar sales experience preferred, but not required
    • Good work ethic & strong desire to succeed

Major Job Objectives / Measurements:

 

New Patients per Business Day (90%) – New Patients are essential to the growth and stability of our locations, and as such, it is the primary and core objective for each Account Executive. Each AE is required to achieve a minimum average of 4 New Patients per business day each month.

  • Physician Practice and/or Health Organization Visits – To achieve our new patient growth, it is essential to forge strong partnerships with physician practices and/or health organizations. Therefore, each business day, an AE is responsible for identifying new partnering opportunities, marketing to those opportunities and nurturing existing partnerships. An AE is required to achieve an average of 12-15 visits per business day each month.

  • Teamwork/Communications – Manage both internal and external communications with Pharmacy Staff & healthcare staff as a means to promote Assured Pharmacy, Inc services.

Operational Awareness (10%) – Report to the Director of Sales & Marketing any operational concerns within a pharmacy and delivering current sales messaging and strategies.
