The Art Institute of Ohio – Cincinnati is seeking a Degreed and Experienced Sales Professional to fill our role as a Director of Admissions. Our Director of Admissions position is considered a Key part of our Management team.

You must enjoy a fast paced, metric driven sales environment, managing as well as training employees and helping prospective students achieve their educational and career goals.

We are seeking a positive-thinking, motivated individual with a proven sales background to serve our students and staff in the Admissions Department.  Our Assistant Directors of Admissions recruit students by evaluating their needs and qualifications, presenting factual information, and guiding them through the enrollment process. The Director of Admissions supervisors a team of Assistant Directors of Admission and is ultimately responsible for their performance.

Preferred candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree (Masters Degree preferred) combined with at least 3 years of successful sales management experience in intangible product or professional services, with strong outbound telephone communication skills.

Candidates should be willing to work evenings and weekends!  We need to be available when our customers are available!
