The Opportunity

We are looking for Engineering Contractors to implement VoIP and Video Conferencing solutions (TelePresence). You will utilize your understanding of project management, installation planning and test reporting to manage the planning and readiness of these deployment projects.

• Work with the Deployment Lead to collect requirements and implementation activities to meet objectives.
• Participate in the execution and implementation of TelePresence solutions. 
• Understand deployment strategies from a project management view.
• Support logistics and communicate with involved cross-functional stakeholders.

Your Skills

If you have a solid foundation in the Implementation of Technology Best Practices, excellent aptitude with the latest Telecommunication technology and software, then you have the background you need to join this highly skilled team. As a contractor of this elite team, teamwork, flexibility and adaptability in a demanding and fluid environment are key attributes. The full profile includes:

• Adherence of IEEE Standards in H.323, SIP, ISDN, Video Conferencing – Telephony
• Good coordination and logic-based decision-making skills.
• Strong project planning abilities with an understanding of technology deployment.
• Superior Customer relationship-building skills.
• Excellence in Interpersonal Effectiveness - communication and interpersonal skills; ability to share information in written or oral format, resolve issues and achieve consensus.
• Ability and perspective to approach challenges as opportunities.
• Must have excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Able to self manage and deliver independently.
• Must be comfortable and flexible with juggling multiple projects and deadlines.
• Be able to work flexible hours when necessary to meet deliverables.
• Be proficient with various software applications including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Have 5 to 7 years experience in related fields.
