Description We are seeking a dynamic, self motivated individual to join our growing organization as an Experienced Marketing Specialist for our Intake & Marketing Team.  We are a Managed Long Term Care Plan which services frail elderly within the community. The incumbent must have a Bachelors degree, possess excellent verbal communication skills, bilingual Mandarin & Cantonese preferred bilingual Spanish a plus, in one–to-one and group settings, detail oriented, ability to work independently, travel and maintain high productivity and strong Team player. Prior MLTCP experience, knowledge of the three boroughs and a current book of business is highly desirable.  Salary will be commensurate with experience.
Requirements
  • Customer relationship management that result in increase of referrals
  • Develop/outreach of a broad base of agencies, services and professionals as referral sources within designated geographic area (s).
  • Coordination of community promotional and special events.
  • Position requires an ability to move about in the community into a variety of situations and weekend and occasional evening work.
  • Bilingual Mandarin & Cantonese preferred
  • Bilingual Spanish a plus
