Description
Outpatient Spine Center has an immediate opening for a RN, Clinical Program Coordinator. Serving as the primary coordinator (50% patient care & 50% adm) for the interdisciplinary team, including: physicians, nurses, social workers, dietitians, pharmacists, financial analysts, case managers, and support staff. Develops, coordinates, implements, and evaluates educational programs/projects for patients, personnel, and the community.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. A current California Registered Nurse License. Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal communication, with persons of various cultural and educational backgrounds. Demonstrated knowledge of case management. Experience in date management. Excellent organizational skills and ability to effectively coordinate all aspects of patient care. Ability to be an active, participatory member of the interdisciplinary team. Ability to be available 24 hours/day when scheduled of on-call activities. Full command (verbal and written) of the English language.
