Job Title: General Manager
Reports to: District Manager
FLSA Status: Exempt
Position Summary: Establish and maintain an environment to support Easy Sales and Service.
General Purpose: Customer Service, Operations, Results, People Development, Sales Management
Role Qualifications:
·Teach and reinforce behaviors that result in managers and associates delivering Easy Sales and Service
·Coordinate and manage all store operations
·Develop associates to achieve results
Position Responsibilities:
·Supervise, recruit, train, develop, coach, and communicate with all associates and managers as well as assess performance
·Ensure a positive customer experience
·Achieve store level earnings and sales goals
·Supervise store security and safety
·Maintain adherence to all company policies and procedures
·Perform other related duties as assigned

Preferred Skills & Experience:
·Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
·Three to five years progressively responsible store management experience in a retail environment.
