Job Summary

We are looking for a special individual with exceptional sales skills to fill a Territory Manager position to cover the Eastern Tennesee, Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina area.  The successful candidate will be knowledgeable of, and have experience with selling into a very competitive environment.

Selling to, or knowledge of, long term care facilities is to your advantage.  Extensive travel is required, and professional appearance is a must.

Strong closing skills are a must. You will create and develop relationships with key decision makers and others involved in the decision to purchase medical supplies. The Territory Manager is responsible for building the sales territory and establishing the company identity and presence in the region.  



  • Cold calling long term care facilities in the territory assigned
  • Maintain prospect contact and close business
  • Ability to initiate new customer relationships and further develop existing accounts
  • Strong competitive desire to win and be part of a winning team
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication and customer interface skills
  • Willingness to travel daily
  • Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analysis.
  • Capable of professional growth and taking on additional responsibility as the company succeeds in their mission and goals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years Distribution Sales and/or Outside Sales experience required.
