RehabVisions, a therapist owned and patient focused company, has full-time opportunities in various Illinois, Iowa, Nebraska, and North Dakota locations. We have fully integrated rehab teams with Rehab Directors on site. Relocation Assistance and great benefit package!
Illinois positions:
* East Moline, IL (Quad Cities) skilled nursing facility. Beautiful new facility with a growing therapy practice. Part time PT and OT week days, PRN OT week days, part time SLP CCC.
Iowa positions:
* Harlan in west central Iowa - skilled nursing facility and hospital/outpatient clinic. PRN OT
* Corning, IA hospital and outpatient clinic. SLP position part time or full time in southwest Iowa. PTA full time or part time, PT - Part time
* Red Oak IA (southwest) hospital and outpt - PT full time position.
* Southwest Iowa (Red Oak area) - Skilled nursing based - full time OT.
* Waukon IA (northeast) Hospital, outpatient clinic, and skilled nursing facility. Full time SLP - CCC or CFY full time or part time.
* West Union, IA (northeast) Hospital, outpatient clinic, and skilled nursing facility. Full time SLP - CCC or CFY full time or part time.
Nebraska positions:
* Oakland NE hospital and Lyons NE skilled nursing facility. OTA - 2 days per week. Located in eastern NE north of Omaha.
* Omaha NE area skilled nursing facilities. OT full time and PRN. PT full time - 30-40 hrs per week with full benefit package.
North Dakota positions:
* Dickinson ND hospital and outpatient clinic. PT full time. Located in western ND along I-94
* Dickinson ND skilled nursing facility. PT full time - includes some home health. Located in western ND along I-94

Requirements
