Assistant Vice President

Position Summary

This position will direct and oversee a 100+ person call center that will be added to support the growth of CareCentrix.    This position will oversee the complete operations of patient processing including patient registration, eligibility and benefit verification, provider assignment, re-authorization processing, and HME activities/processes.  This position will manage the centers P& L, budget, performance metrics and will collaborate with other CareCentrix support functions, including provider services, performance improvement, IT, finance, account management-sales, and human resources to optimize operational performance, and customer and employee satisfaction.   Strong call center experience in a healthcare environment preferred.

Requirements

Required Education / Experience 

Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent plus a minimum of seven years experience in a call center, contact center environment including four years with strong leadership and managerial skills.  Clinician preferred RN/ LPN but not required.
