Ace fix-it Hardware is an independently owned retail chain with 6 Stores in Central PA. We are currently seeking a District Manager and a Store Manager for the Western half of Pennsylvania.
Responsibilities for Management Staff:
Development of store teams
Selecting of high performance staff
Embraces and implements store policies and procedures
Set up store goals
Accountable for store performance
Execution of retail programs
Inventory Control, Expenses Control, Training, Merchandising and Purchasing
Develop Sales
*District Manager oversees/assists 5-7 Store Managers with these responsibilities – daily travel **Manager oversees a team of 10 individuals within their Store location
Qualifications of District Manager and Manager:
