We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer for our Facilities Department whose duties will include:  Plant HVAC, Compressed Air and Gas Distribution Systems, Project Development and Management, Contract Development and Management, Preventative Maintenance and Repair Management of Mechanical Systems, Mechanical Discipline Budget Development and Monitoring.

• Candidate must be considered an expert in Design, Troubleshooting, and Management of:

Industrial HVAC Equipment
Facility Chiller Systems
Cooling Tower Systems
Industrial Compressed Air Systems
 

• Candidate must be familiar with Operations and Troubleshooting of:

Factory Monitoring Control Systems

Gas Pressures and Distribution Systems

Water Distributions System       
 

• Ability to Manage and Communicate with Contractors

• Strong Time Management and Prioritization Skills 

Preferred skills include:

• Strong AutoCAD Skill
• Blueprint reading
• Thorough knowledge of Mechanical Building Codes

• Ability to Read and Write Mechanical Equipment Specifications

• Awareness of Green Energy Initiatives and Themes

• Demonstrated Strong Communication and Presentation Skills

• Strong Decision Making and Problem Solving Skills
