Agency Producer - Insurance Sales - SALARY+

Our Agency is currently seeking to add a highly energetic and motivated Agency Producer to our team.  This is a full time salary plus commission and bonus sales position, requiring some evening and weekend appointments outside of the office in addition to inside sales.

This position is responsible for maintaining our marketing systems, running annual review appointments and the selling of policies for all the products we offer. Our clients consist of business people, small business owners, and other professionals such as police officers, firefighters, engineers, and doctors. 

The environment can be fast paced and the future candidate needs to have a strong desire to learn new skills and adapt to change.  The position requires a reliable, dependable and responsible individual who is able to commit to a long-term working relationship.

·  High School diploma or equivalent

·  Bi-lingual candidates a plus and may also qualify for financial incentives.

·  P/C or Personal Lines license is mandatory

·  Life license preferred; but we will help the right individual with the licensing process on Life license only.
