Description Assurity Financial Services, LLC. specializes in Wholesale customer service, offering a myriad of products including conforming "A" paper loans, conforming expanded products, and specializing in FHA. We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Executive to join the family at Assurity Financial Services, LLC. This is the perfect opportunity for someone interested in wholesale mortgage lending who would like to offer essentially every product to their customers and to take the next step in their career!

Responsibilities:

• Our Account Executives are responsible for developing long-term and productive relationships with mortgage brokers.

• You will solicit and manage leads that are generated through the company as well as your own.

• As an Account Executive, you will structure loans in the field using our rate sheet and matrices in order to meet our underwriting guidelines.

• Our Account Executives also act as liaison between Assurity Financial Services, LLC. and the broker throughout all phases of the loan process.

• This position offers 12-18bps on all conforming, FHA, Fannie and Freddie products, along with a comprehensive training program.

• Origination of new wholesale conforming business including broker signup. • Provide Service Support for Wholesale Mortgage Brokers.

• Conduct solicitation calls.

• Conducts outside sales presentations and training on Assurity products and services.

• Maintain a current knowledge of the basic underwriting guidelines for all Assurity products offered.

• Must maintain 24 submissions a month, nothing less in order to achieve sales goals.
Requirements
Requirements

The successful candidate for this position will have 2+ years prior experience in FHA, Fannie, Freddie, and Conforming mortgage wholesale lending as a Wholesale Account Executive.

Other requirements:

• A stable work history and proven ability to develop and manage a consistent client base.

• Multi-tasking and superb organizational skills are required.

• Ability to demonstrate discipline in working within a structured lending environment is critical.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills are required.

• 3-5 years mortgage experience preferred.
