Internet Marketing Manager

We are looking for a highly energetic individual with a true entrepreneurial spirit that wants to succeed and grow with our award winning Internet marketing firm.  The ideal candidate will be an outgoing type A personality who works well in a team environment and has at least 3-5 years management experience.

This individual will supervise our Account Management Group to ensure smooth and proper execution of our Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Paid Search (PPC) and Social Media optimization campaigns.

Summary of essential job functions

• Build, develop and manage a team of 8-10 Account Managers
• Assist the team in developing and executing Internet marketing campaigns for each client including conversions, ROI and driving the overall business analysis
• Create or streamline company processes, procedures and documentation and improve internal productivity
• Coordinate/conduct training sessions for new or existing employees
• Develop and execute strategic recommendations that drive revenue and enhance the search marketing efforts for our clients
• Daily interface with internal team members
• Client Relationship management

Requirements Qualifications

• 3-5 years solid SEO and management experience
• 2-3 years Social Media, Paid Search and Link Building experience
• Strong marketing background is essential
• Strong attention to detail and superior follow-through
• Extremely organized
• Excellent communication skills, proficiency in leading meetings and delivering effective presentations
• Demonstrated analytical ability and solid writing skills
• Bachelor’s Degree, Marketing preferred
• Basic knowledge of HTML
• Ability to bring energy, creative solutions and ideas to all projects
