Program: Private Duty

Status: Per Diem

Description: CNA , Certified Home Health Aide , Caregiver

• Provide in-home personal care and support services to clients served by Pathways Private Duty under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Assists clients with activities of daily living;
• Provide a clean, safe environment. 4 hour, 8 hour, 10 hour 12 hour shifts depending on your availability and client needs.

MINIMUM REQUIRMENTS OF A CNA / CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT:

• Recent, 6 months caregiver experience providing assistance with personal care, assistance with meal preparation, light housekeeping required.
• CNA or Certification as a Home Health Aide preferred.
