Description
  • Research discrepancies between warehouse/store receipts and the vendor invoice and determine the appropriate resolution.
  • This research involves review of system transactions as well as interaction with the distribution centers, the Merchandising teams, and the vendor partners
  • Ensure that all Invoices are properly coded for processing.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely payments to vendors for merchandise received into our distribution centers and stores, and collect credits for returns of product back to suppliers.
Requirements
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills. PeopleSoft skills preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and verbal communication skills
  • Be able to deal with resolve problems using strong analytical skills
  • Be able to apply solid knowledge of mathematics and accounting to practical situations.
  • Be able to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
  • Be able to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment, and manages time effectively.
  • Be able to cross-train within department.
  • Be able to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
