Position Information

• The Director will be responsible for the oversight and management of the outsource relationship for centralized revenue cycle functions for the Montana region, including performance expectations, coordination and communication between the health system and the agency, as well as the analysis of key performance metrics, and oversight of the contract.  Travel within the Montana region required. 
• Qualified candidates will be bachelor’s prepared leaders with previous revenue cycle experience.  A professional familiar with using IDX or GE Centricity is necessary.
• Candidates will be strong relationship builders, able to communicate effectively, and have the ability to work in a matrix role.
