RN Unit Manager

Broomall Rehabilitation & Nursing Center has an opening for a superior professional Registered Nurse Unit Manager to oversee the daily operations on a 60-bed Long Term Care Unit.   This position reports directly to the Director of Nursing.  Candidate must have experience in long term care regulations.  Responsibilities included clinical care mamagement, clinical monitoring, customer service, mentoring staff, marketing, and P&L.   The is a great opportunity for a dynamic individual.

Broomall Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is a 298-bed skilled, sub-acute, and long term care nursing facility located in the beautiful suburbs of Delaware County (1 miles from the Blue Route - 476, exit #9).  We offer excellent compensation and benefit package, as well as, friendly and professional atmosphere.  We are an EOE Facility.

Qualified candidates will possess a current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of PA with a minimum of two years relevant management in long term care, skilled and sub-acute care.  Candidate must be able to multi-task, demonstrate organization, and have a professional and outgoing attitude.  Candidate must be compassionate, quick on their feet and have the desire to work with geriatric patients in a long term care setting.

Candidate will be part of the professional nursing administrative team.
