Description
  • Cold call to Houston companies to develop solid client relationships to gain job orders for accounting and finance positions
  • Work 50% of the time prospecting for new business, 50% recruiting and filling contract or direct-hire job orders
  • Structured daily schedule with 50-100 planned calls for cold calling to prospective companies, client visits and interviewing candidates and filling job orders
  • Schedule appointments with VPs, CFOs, Presidents and Human Resources from small to Fortune 500 companies

 

Requirements
  • Must have a accounting and finance sales and recruiting background
  • A proven track record as a top performer
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and good business acumen to communicate with all levels of hiring authorities
  • High energy and must be money motivated
  • A sales mentality that understands quotas
