Property Inspector


At Reliable Reports we are currently seeking a Property Inspector to work for us.

The responsibilities of a Property Inspector are to provide an accurate and timely inspection including all customer specifics in an automated format while working from home. Position includes paid training with your field supervisor. Your supervisor will designate when the work should be completed. These inspections will include commercial and/or residential properties.

We are looking for motivated individuals who are seeking a long-term position with a rapidly growing company. Reliable is in the process of a Nationwide expansion. This expansion has presented many opportunities for personal and professional growth for our staff.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Receive work via the internet
  • Complete the inspection in the field while following all of RRI's
    field policies and any of RRI's customer's requests
  • Send completed work to RRI via the internet on RRI's field forms and/or customer specific forms
  • The Inspector will also be expected to follow RRI's dress code and conduct, present themselves professionally and be polite and courteous to those who are present at the time of the inspection as well as those he works with

    Pay for this position is commission based on production
    • Requirements The necessary tools to work for RRI are:
    1. Compatible computer (standard updated PC)
    2. Compatible internet (high speed internet)
    3. Reliable transportation
    4. Digital Camera
    5. Ladder

    Candidate must be able to pass criminal background check with no felony convictions.
    Candidate must be able to pass MVR check with no DUI/DWI's.

    This can be a physically demanding job and will require the Inspector to work outside in all elements, move through small spaces, get from one location to another quickly/efficiently and stay motivated to excel. Successful candidate will be a self starter.
