Looking for a little extra money or just want to get out of the house for awhile? Infinity Insurance is currently looking for experienced part-time Customer Service Consultants to join our Birmingham Call Center.
This position will be responsible for upholding our commitment to quality customer service in the following areas:
- Communicate effectively and interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner at all times
- Multi-task; be able to change from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure
- Ability to perform quality customer service in a high volume/fast paced call center
Requirements
- Maintain punctuality and regular attendance to insure quality customer service
- Expressive, fluent, and articulate communication skills
- Typing at a minimum of 25 words per minute
- Schedule availability is 20 to 30 hours per week on evenings (6:30pm to 10pm) and/or all day Saturday. Flexible days available.
